How to take screenshot on hp laptop and desktop

Taking a screenshot on a HP Laptop and Desktop is so simple and can be done in 3 ways:

• Full screen screenshot
• Partial screenshot
• Snipping Tool

How to take full screen screenshot on a HP Laptop and Desktop:

Step 1: Open the screen you want to capture, press the Win key +  PrintScreen button on your keyboard.

Step 2: Your PC screen will glitch for a second to save the screenshot.

Step 3: The screenshot is saved on your clipboard and not on your PC. Open any image editor and press Ctrl+ V to paste the screenshot.

Step 4: Now using the paint application save the screenshot in any location in PC.

 

How to take partial screenshot on a HP Laptop and Desktop:

Step 1: Open the screen you want to capture, press the Win + Shift + S button on your keyboard.

Step 2: Now your cursor will change into crosshair.

Step 3: Click and drag the crosshair on the screen to capture it.

Step 4: When you release the mouse pointer the partial screenshot will be save on your clipboard.

Step 5: Now open any image editor and press Ctrl+ V to paste the screenshot and save it.

 

How to take screenshot on HP Computer using Snipping Tool:

Step 1: The snipping tool is an inbuilt application on Windows PC. Open the snipping tool and click the new icon.

Step 2: Click and drag the mouse pointer to capture the screen

Step 3: When you are done, click the save icon to save the screenshot on your PC.
